TASK MANAGEMENT
All tasks now flow to this board:
Auto-generated tasks and manually created tasks for scheduled maintenance,
Service calls,
QC test assignments, and
Other types of tasks.
Easily filter Kanban data to present only relevant task information that's grouped in a way that's most useful for you. (Above the filter panel there's also a menu for scoping the day/dates of presented data.) Since tasks are accessible from all apps and in all pages, the combination of using this Kanban for managing tasks with the immediate visibility of these tasks across the apps provides a powerful, efficient task tracking experience.

RULES
New triggers
Automate actions that need to be done in recurring intervals after a job is activated.
Automate actions that need to be done after a QC test fails.
New actions
Automate the running of QC tests using rules.
Improvements
Multi-select target machines when setting rules for parameter deviations.
Send messages automatically to machines when a machine stops if the machine's group should be notified when machines stop.
All actions are now available for all triggers.
Available elsewhere
Create prediction rules directly from the SPC configuration module.

TARGET QUANTITIES
Track progress per set quantity targets. After you set quantity targets in the new Quantity Targets Management tool, check if the production floor is meeting these targets (All Machines > Production Progress). Those interested in high-level management of quantities will find this addition extremely useful.

ENHANCED PRODUCTION PLANNING CONTROL
Decouple recipe approval from job release
Separate the job approval process to two steps: approving the recipe and releasing the job. If this option is enabled, you can manage jobs in these two states (unapproved and unreleased) through the Gantt. Otherwise, approving the recipe directly releases the job (03) and the Gantt will indicate jobs that haven't had their recipe approved (status 02) as Unreleased Jobs.
[Web app]
Additional production progress metrics
Choose exactly what you want to focus on in the Production Progress tab. Calculate by options now include by current josh, by quantity targets, by planned targets and more.

Change units in cycle
Change units in cycle is now available as an action for jobs in status 03 (approved for production) and status 11 (suspended), in addition to jobs in status 10 (actively running).
Extremely useful for those who plan production with the Gantt and their production is based on molds, since it enables viewing the correct job duration when there's advance notice of changes to the units in cycle. For example a mold with a damaged cavity.
[Web app]
Machine constraints
Enforce using only certain machines for producing certain products. Machine constraints can be set both for products and molds. So if a product makes use of a mold, and that mold also has machine constraints, all machine constraints need to be met for saving the job and activating it.
[Web app]
Alternative recipes
Manage alternative recipes in the new Alternative Recipes management page (Production > Alternative Recipes). Set whether an alternative recipe is available (active), change its identifying name, values and more.
The filtering and grouping options let you easily see which alternative recipes exist for the product + machine (+ mold) combination and compare between them to choose that recipe which best fits production requirements.

COLOR CODING
Color-coding is an effective visual cue. In this version we've added the option of color-coding the following entities:
Task subjects (Tasks > Tasks Subjects) - easily identify tasks when using the Task Management Kanban
[Web app]Product groups (Products > Product Groups) - easily identify the jobs' product groups when using the Gantt.
[Web app]Stop event reasons (Settings > Stop Events Customization) to show on machines that have stopped, applies only to Online dashboards.

IMPROVED UX FOR FREQUENT ACTIONS
Dynamic main menu
The main menu collapses with icons. Hover over the menu strip to expand it.
By default it'll take up minimum space.
Homepage
Make the system work best for you by setting a frequently used page to be its homepage. By default it's the production floor, but any page can be set.
Profile
Manage your profile from anywhere in the system through the profile pop-up.
This includes changing your account’s password.

MISCELLANEOUS IMPROVEMENTS
Reporting stop events
Report stop events from the Manager app. A rich and intuitive UI lets you do so with ease if this option was enabled for your site.
[Mgr. app]
Process control timeline
View the timeline of events that accompanies the Process Control chart, per the selected time period -- up to 24 hours -- which can be very useful for process analysis of recent events. Present beneath the timeline its corresponding event log and scroll through this log to view more detail about each event. You can also report and split stop event events with ease from this interactive log.
[Web app]
SPC
Create, manage and view all SPC prediction rules in the added SPC prediction rules section. After configuring SPC tests, you now have the option of continuing to the next step which is to set SPC prediction rules directly from the SPC page (in addition to doing so from the Rules module).
[Web app]
Normalizing KPIs
If you want to limit KPIs to a max value, you can now set this for cycle time efficiency, units in cycle efficiency and the quality index. Keep in mind though that capping values does not solve the reason these KPIs are exceeded.
