If you want to limit KPIs to a max value, you can set this for:

  • Cycle Time Efficiency

  • Units in Cycle Efficiency

  • Quality Index

IMPORTANT: Capping values does not solve the reason these KPIs have been exceeded and introduces distortion into your data.

Where is this configured?

  1. Go to Setup > Site Configuration > Step 7: Define System Variables.

  2. Click the More Settings tab.

  3. In the Definition column filter the values per the following key:

    • cycleTimeEffLimit is the value the represents the Cycle Time Efficiency limit.

    • CavitiesEffLimit is the value that represents Units in Cycle Efficiency limit.

    • QualityIndexLimit is the Quality Index limit.

  4. In the KPI's respective Value field, change the existing value to the maximum value you are permitting.
TIP: These fields are decimal values, meaning that entering '1' is 100% and entering '1.2' is 120%.

  5. Save changes.
