Why use it?

The system has built-in color coding for machine statuses. But it can be very useful to nuance this further by indicating with other colors assigned to specific stop event reasons. If you configure this, when the machine stops due to such a reason, the machine will be color coded with that color on the Online dashboard and the machine's page.

How to configure this

  1. Go to Settings > Stop Events Customization.

  2. (Optional) Use the Machine List and Active filters to increase the search efficiency.

  3. Click Search.

  4. Expand the relevant event group for the stop event reason.

  5. Click the edit icon.

  6. The stop type is most likely set for the stop event reason, but if not, or if it needs to be changed, choose between:

    • Idle Time

    • Downtime

    • Manual work

  7. Set the stop event reason's color in the color picker.

  8. Select the Machine status check box. This enables color-coding the machine on the Online dashboard with this color when it stops for this reason.

  9. Click Save.

Checking that it works

Assign that stop event reason to a stop event. The machine's color indicator will change on the Online dashboard, which is available in both the Web app and Manager app. It will also be indicated in the machine's page > General tab.
