How to report a change in the count of produced units through the Op app running on the tablet

Updated over 3 years ago

Why do so?

Various reasons can mess up the count of produced units, for example a network failure which temporarily paused communication between the machine and the system, or an unusable mold cavity issue that began before the units in cycle value was adjusted.

The result is that the system either counted less than what was produced, or more than what was produced. To fix the count and ensure data integrity, use this action and adjust the counted quantity.

To fix units produced

  1. Tap the Job Actions menu.

  2. Tap Fix Units Produced.

  3. In the Units to Add/Remove dialog that's displayed:

    1. Enter the number of units to add,
or enter the number of units to remove by prefixing the number with a minus symbol, for example -7.

    2. Tap REPORT. A confirmation message appears briefly at the top and the dialog closes.
