A job is considered complete once it meets or exceeds the minimum threshold for completion.

  • A completed job is assigned Job Status 20.

  • The calculation is based on the number of good units as a percentage of target units at the time the job is removed from the machine.

  • Retroactive corrections to the good unit count will not change the job status retroactively.

  • If a job is removed from a machine before it was completed, it will be automatically suspended. A suspended job is assigned Job Status 11 and is automatically returned to the job queue of the machine allocated for the job. A suspended job will remain in the job queue until it is reactivated or terminated.

How to Change the Minimum Threshold for Job Completion

  2. Click index #7 ("Step 7: Define System Variables").
