Job Status is a Matics 2-digit code that indicates in which stage of production a job is.

- Product ID and target amount (output) have been specified.

- A department has been assigned.

Production Details

- a machine has been allocated for the job.

- a mold (if required) has been allocated for the job.

Assign a job to a work center rather than a particular machine.

Active Recipe

Job Recipe has been confirmed and approved for production.

Allow users of the Operator App to activate a job without requiring recipe approval.

Active

Job is in active production and Matics is actively collecting live data from the machine assigned for the job. View live data from the production floor module in the WEB application and the Operator App.

Yellow

Suspended

Job was suspended before it reached its output targets. The job awaits reactivation in the job queue.

Red

Terminated

Job was terminated before it reached its output targets. The job is not available for reactivation.

Completed

Job was pulled off the machine after it met or surpassed its output targets.

Gray

Canceled

Job was canceled during planning (status 01, 02, or 03). It was never activated.
