FAQ: How do I know which jobs are actively in production?
Depending on your preferred view, there are several ways to get this information:
Dashboard view
In any of the production floor, online dashboards.
For example:
Jobs report
Retrieve the information as tabulated data (list in a table), which you can export to PDF or Excel if you want:
Manual filtering
Click Jobs > Jobs Report.
The system will return a search form. Click Search.
The system will return the full list of jobs in all stages. In the column titled "Status" enter "10" to filter by status "10 - Active".
The system will display all jobs currently in active production.
Add additional filters to further narrow your search.
Search query
Click Jobs > Jobs Report.
The system will return a search form.
- In the Select Criteria box choose "Status".
- The logical operator should be "Equals".
- In its box choose "10 - Active".Click Search.
