A dashboard component available in the department Shift page that is used for comparing machines' KPIs for the current day. This comparison is very useful for detecting and addressing low performance of machines in real-time.
The KPIs you can select for machines' comparison are:
Availability OEE
Availability PE
Cycle Time Efficiency
Quality Index
OEE
PE
You can choose whether to base machine KPI information on Absolute percentage (maximum production theoretically possible), or on Target percentage, which reflects actual production goals that you have set.
When choosing the later (basing the calculation on set targets), the performance indicators will be higher. For example, if the set target for the machine's PE is 80% and the current performance is 65% this is calculated as 81% (65/80), compared to 65% when choosing Absolute percentage, and the color coding of the table cells changes accordingly.
You can also set whether the target is indicated in the table cells or not.

The color of KPIs in this component can be customized.
EXTRA INFO
A table row filled with a solid gray color and no values indicates that the machine wasn’t scheduled for production.
