The Shift page control panel aggregates all the department’s events, such as service calls and notifications, and makes it easy to respond in real-time to events that require your attention.
The panel can be hidden or displayed, and each section in the panel expanded or collapsed.

Service Calls

Gathers all the department’s open service calls. Open service calls that exceed the waiting time or maintenance time set in Service Calls > Settings will be listed with a reddish tint.

In addition to addressing open calls (by clicking Accept, Deny, or Cancel) and viewing the call details and status history, you can also open new service calls by clicking New Service Call and filling in the details.

Tip: In Notifications, you can set whether you will be sent notifications for those service calls which are taking a very long time to treat and for those service calls that did not get a response. These notifications can help anticipate where a delay may occur.

Notifications

Similar to the notifications received in the Manager app, you can view the department's alerts on the Shift page and respond to them effectively. To change the default settings of which states issue notifications throughout the shift, click Settings. Notifications are listed in chronological order and can be grouped into machines or topics.
