Your Matics system holds an archive of all production runs that were planned and executed in your factory (going back to the original date that Matics was introduced into your factory).

  1. Jobs Report is the complete archive. Navigate to it from the sidebar:
    Jobs > Jobs Report.
Here are 2 important notes regarding the job report:
    - You can personalize the jobs report for yourself or for others.
    - Because the jobs report tends to be very large, the search function is a 2-step process: First, narrow the scope using the search window above the table list. Use as many queries as you would like to determine what data to pull from the database. Next, use the dynamic filtering and sorting option to search within the data. Keep in mind that dynamic filtering in the results will only include what you already pulled from the database in the previous step. If you want to pull the entire data, click Search without specifying anything.

  2. Job Status is a Matics 2-digit code system that indicates which stage in production a job is in. It shows whether the job is in planning, in active production, suspended mid-production or canceled.

  3. Job Life Cycle Tree is a schematic diagram of all interrelated production activities that originate from the same work order. For example, if an ERP Job is split into multiple runs, all jobs that originate from it will share the same Job Life Cycle Tree.
