Why use it?
Use it for comparing machines' work status throughout the shift and how long the machine was in each status.
The little circle on the right side of each machine’s graph shows the current status of the machine and how long it's been in that status. Depending on your system settings, this "stopwatch" does not necessarily take into account shift changeovers. Therefore, if the shift has changed but the machine has steadily been in the same status throughout, the stopwatch may show a duration that far exceeds the duration of the shift.
The default is to present this information for the current shift, but you can compare this information to previous shifts--to the same shift on the previous day, or to the same shift throughout the previous week.
This component can render in three modes: a pie chart, a bar chart and a table. The pie chart and bar chart provide quick and easy-to-process infographics, while the table provides the most information. The table is divided to 4 sections: Status, Times, KPIs, & (produced) Units. In the example table below, the current shift was compared to the previous shift. Following the up and down arrow indicators, you can easily pinpoint where this shift was more productive--or less productive--than the previous shift.
