Overview
In this guide, you will learn how to create a new User in the Matics System Web Platform.
**In case you don't have the Settings tab, we suggest you connect to Matics Champion, who is in charge of Matics in your Ecosystem.**
1. Click on "Settings"
2. Click on "Users Management"
3. Click on "ACTIONS MENU" (The Purple Lighting Button)
4. Click on "Create new user"
5. Select a "User Group", For Exmaple "Admin"
6. Type the user First Name
7. Type the user Last Name
8. Type the user "Username"
9. Create a password.
It must contain at least one:
-Capital letter (ABC For Example)
-lowercase letter (abc For Exmaple)
-number (123 For Example)
-symbol (!@# For Example)
10. Retype the password
11. Type the phone number (Not Required)
12. Type the WorkerID (Not Required)
13. If the user will be a Technician, press on the checkbox
14. If the user will be a Shift Manager, press on the checkbox
15. Select "Department" for the user
16. Type the user "EMail"
17. Click on Finish
18. Search for the "Username" to ensure you created it successfully.
