Configure in the Web app which departments and machines will be displayed in the Operator app per users' roles, instead of doing so individually for each machine. You can also configure which actions will be available for use in the shift manager dashboard for the selected role: running and viewing quality tests, operator login to multiple selected machines, and changing production status of multiple selected machines.
Since working on multiple machines / workstations is a common scenario for shift managers on the production floor, these settings increase work efficiency.
Go to Settings > Tablet Screens Customization > Shift manager dashboard.
Select the user group this functionality will be available for.
Check and change if needed the scope of departments and machines this user group will see and be able to control.
Enable actions as needed:
The Quality Test action enables these users to run quality tests and view test reports.
The Operator Login action enables these users to log in as an operator to multiple machines in one go.
The Change Production Status enables these users to change production statuses.
Click Save.
