Registered system users can reset their passwords by themselves from the login page, by clicking Forgot Password? and entering the email associated with their Matics account.

When doing so, you will get an email for resetting your password to that email address. (If you don't see any email in your inbox, it may have been routed to the Spam folder.)

Notes: (1) the reset link included in that email is valid for one hour only (2) you need to open the reset link in the Google Chrome browser.

Passwords must use a combination of both letters and digits.
