We are excited to announce the release of MATICS Version 4.3, focused on modernizing the production floor experience and centralizing operational documentation into a single, searchable hub.
This release delivers a fully upgraded production floor view with per-user personalization and role-based scoping, introduces Digital Standard, MATICS' new home for training material and SOPs, on both desktop and the Manager mobile app, brings line-level BI reporting up to par with machine-level reporting, and adds targeted improvements to rules and cockpit widgets.
These enhancements help production teams work from a single, consistent interface across monitoring screens, find the documentation they need faster, get the same depth of reporting whether they work with lines or machines, and configure automation with more flexibility.

Production Floor Upgrade & Personalization
The all-machines/all-lines floor view has been upgraded to align with the rest of MATICS, and now supports per-user layout persistence, role-based scoping, manager-pushed TV structures, and new actions including machine login, knowledge base access, a saved homepage, and task notifications
Digital Standard
A new centralized, searchable repository for training material and SOPs, built on the existing QC/Test module, with categories, tags, templates, and an improved file gallery. It's now available on desktop and the Manager mobile app.
Line Reporting Improvements
Line-level reporting is brought up to the same standard as machine-level reporting, with pivot analysis and an OEE waterfall now available for lines.
Rules Improvements
Rule assignment now supports both users and roles across all rule actions.
Cockpit Improvements
The Top Downtime widget, previously available only at the line level, is now also available at the machine level.
